We are inviting engineers and final-year students from IITs, NITs and IIITs, along with people working in industry, to sit on the panel. Invitations are out; confirmed names and affiliations go up on the organisers page before Round 1 opens, so you can see who they are while there is still time to ask questions.
The rubric above is fixed now and does not change once the panel is confirmed — who judges cannot change what is measured. If we end up unable to confirm an external panel, we will say so on that page rather than quietly judge it ourselves.
Submit something valid in any round and you get a verifiable participation certificate with your name, your team and a code anyone can check against this site. It does not depend on your score, your rank, or how finished the project is.
Winners and category awardees receive separate certificates on top. The one thing that gets you nothing is not submitting at all — so submit the rough version.

Submit whatever you have. The rubric weights a rough thing that runs above a polished thing that does not, and it scores how far you got against where you started. Teams that submit something unfinished still get their certificates.
The rubric is published above, before you pay. Every submission is scored by the whole panel against the same five criteria and the average decides the ranking, so no individual judge can swing a result.

Registration fees are non-refundable once paid, since your slot is reserved and mentor capacity is allocated against it. If the organisers cancel the event, everybody is refunded in full.
