Run FirstHack 2026 at your college

• Share the event in your college groups and with your batch
• Answer basic questions from students at your college — we give you the material
• Help interested students form teams
• Put up a poster or two if your college allows it

Realistically this is 2–4 hours of work total, spread across a few weeks. We are not going to pretend otherwise.

• Free registration for yourself — you participate at no cost
• A cash incentive per paid registration from your college, paid after the event. The exact rate is in the ambassador agreement we send you.
• A signed certificate of appointment naming you as campus ambassador, with a verification code
• A recommendation letter from the organising team if you bring 25 or more registrations
• Direct line to the organisers — a private channel, not a support queue

Not a large following. Genuinely — a first-year who is active in their class group outperforms someone with ten thousand Instagram followers, because they can answer "is this legit?" personally.

• Currently enrolled at a college in India
• Reachable — you reply to messages within a day or so
• Willing to say honestly what the event is, including that it is paid and that it is our first edition

Being direct here because a lot of "campus ambassador" programmes are quietly exploitative:

• We will not ask you to spam groups you are not part of
• We will not ask you to overstate what the event offers, or to promise placements, internships or guaranteed outcomes
• We will not set a minimum quota you must hit to keep your free registration
• We will not ask you to pay anything, ever, for any reason
