Every date below is the same date the platform locks submissions against. All times are IST.
Registration closes 19 October 2026 at 11:59 PM.
Create your account, form a team of 1 to 4, and you are in Round 1 automatically.
Hand in: Nothing to submit
The problem you picked, who has it, your solution, and what you will actually build. Five slides is plenty.
Hand in: A PDF or slide deck
Something that runs. A GitHub link and a 3-minute video walking through it.
Hand in: A repo and a demo video
Shortlisted teams present to the judging panel and answer questions.
Hand in: A live pitch
Every team that registers is in Round 1. After each round the judges score what was submitted and a shortlist moves forward — so the field gets smaller, not the work bigger.
You are not sitting in front of a screen for the whole two weeks. Each round is a submission with a deadline; how you use the days in between is up to you. Most first-time teams do the real work in the last three days of a round, which is fine, as long as you submit before it closes.
Miss a deadline and you are out of that round. The platform closes submissions on the minute — not because we enjoy it, but because "my internet went" cannot be verified for one team without being accepted from everybody.
Published here and emailed to every participant on the date shown against Round 3.
To every team that made a valid submission in any round — not only the winners.
By UPI, within 30 working days of results, once winners share their details.
